BERTRAND G. BOSMANS (Florida, Maryland, New York)
Bertrand G. Bosmans graduated from the University of Maryland in 1976 and the
University of Baltimore School of Law in 1980. He has over twenty years of
experience in Consumer and Bankruptcy law. Because of his commitment to
community service and making legal services accessible to the less fortunate,
he was awarded the New York State Bar Association President's Pro Bono Award
for the 8th Judicial District of New York in 1995.
MARK ELDREDGE (Nevada)
Mark Eldredge graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2005,
where he won the Top Brief Award in the Jessup International Moot Court
competition and served as President of the Asian Law Student Association. He
was selected as one of only two Americans to serve as a legal extern for the
World Health Organization in 2004. He has lived, worked and/or traveled in/to
15 countries and is fluent in Thai.

DEIRDRE ALTON (Louisiana)
Deirdre Alton graduated sixth in her class at the Vermont Law School in 1995,
where she was magna cum laude, and wrote for the law review. She also holds an
MBA from Tulane University. For the last twelve years she has represented
clients in the areas of bankruptcy, consumer credit, tax and estate planning.
CLARKE BALCOM (Oregon)
Clarke Balcom attended the Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, where
he earned both his Juris Doctorate and Certificate in Federal Tax Law. During
law school, he was also Executive Editor on the Law Review and went to national
finals in the Tax Moot Court competition. His practice includes debt collection
defense, Chapters 7 and 13 Bankruptcy, tax problem resolution, Fair Debt
Collection Practices Act suits against debt collectors, and administration of
estates in Oregon. During the 1970's, he took some time off before completing
college and traveled to 48 states and Canada. He runs with a team of 12 people
every year in the Hood to Coast Relay - 197 miles from Timberline Lodge on Mt
Hood to Seaside, Oregon. He has also volunteered in activities supporting human
rights, and establishing and preserving trails.
ALFRED L. BREDICE II (Maine)
A 1996 graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center, Alfred L. Bredice II is
experienced in the areas of immigration, real estate, personal bankruptcy, and
debt collections. Al graduated from Vermont College of Norwich University in
1986 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Al earned a Certified General Real
Estate Appraiser rating in New Hampshire and has also worked as a merchant
mariner, holding a variety of U.S. Coast Guard licenses and certificates. Al
has certified title in real estate transactions, has drafted transactional
documents in residential and commercial conveyances, and has represented
landowners in use and development actions.
JEFF BUTWINICK (Minnesota)
In December, 2000, Jeff Butwinick obtained his Juris Doctorate from the
University of Minnesota Law School and a Masters of Business Administration
from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. He then worked
for five years for the culturally rich San Francisco office of the national law
firm of Foley & Lardner, where he served in the Commercial Litigation and
Business Reorganization departments, specializing in corporate bankruptcy. Jeff
has now returned to Minnesota, where his private practice includes securities
litigation, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, wills & trusts, and small
business management.
PAUL CHOATE (Oklahoma)
Paul J. Choate earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in
2006. He practices Bankruptcy throughout the State of Oklahoma.
PAUL S. COOPER (New York)
Paul S. Cooper received his undergraduate education at the State University of
New York at the University of Buffalo, and is a 1996 graduate of the Jacob
Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College located in Huntington, New York in May,
1996. His general practice includes real estate transactions, where he
represents buyers, sellers and institutional lenders, as well as Chapter 7 and
Chapter 13 bankruptcies, family law and criminal law. He was formerly on the
Rockland County Assigned Counsel Panel, from which he was appointed to do both
criminal and family cases.
JOHN J. DIAMOND (Utah)
John J. Diamond has been practicing law since 1995. He was first admitted in
California and later relocated to Utah where he has been admitted since 2004.
John is well-versed in many areas, including Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy,
Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Family Law. His clients come from all
walks. John brings realistic and optimistic perspectives to the practice of
law. He enjoys the opportunity to serve Senior Citizens in need of affordable
and reliable legal advice and referrals through the Utah State Bar.
WILL DOSS (Indiana)
Will Doss graduated in 1997 from Indiana University School of Law –
Bloomington. He has a wide range of experience from tax consulting to graphic
and website design. Focusing on small business clients, he has encountered a
wide variety of legal issues facing both individuals and various business
entities, not the least of which is debt and credit issues. Will prefers to
take a straight-forward, common-sense approach when dealing with problems,
which both clients and opposing parties typically appreciate. Will has lived in
Westfield, Indiana since childhood, and currently resides there with his wife
and three children.

CHRISTOPHER W. DUREN (Wisconsin)
After graduating from Cumberland law school in 1997, Attorney Christopher W.
Duren returned to his home town of Waunakee and opened his small town law
practice. Since then, he has strived to provide a full range of legal services
to his clients while also providing them with the personal attention each
client deserves. He is an experienced trial and bankruptcy lawyer who has
aggressively represented his clients at every level of the state and federal
courts of Wisconsin.
RON EISENBERG (Missouri)
Ron Eisenberg graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Law in 1999.
He was Managing Editor and Outstanding Articles Winner for the Saint
Louis-Warsaw Transatlantic Law Journal. A former United States Peace Corps
Volunteer in the Dominican Republic, he was honored by U.S. Ambassador for
exceptional service. His practice areas include residential and commercial
landlord-tenant law, collections, consumer law, equipment leasing law,
appellate litigation, small business advising, and general litigation. He is a
former Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable David D. Noce, U.S. District Court,
Eastern District of Missouri, and Staff Attorney to the Honorable Morris S.
Arnold, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, for whom he assisted in
the drafting of more than 400 district court and appellate opinions. He is also
licensed as a Missouri Real Estate Salesperson.
RICK ENRIQUEZ (Ohio)
Rick Enriquez graduated from Case Western Reserve University Law School in
1987. In 1990, he was given the Outstanding Professional Award from the Toledo
Legal Aid. In 1999-2001, he was the Vice Chair of the Mediation Committee for
the Ohio State Bar Association. A third generational Hispanic, he is the son of
an Air Force Captain and an Air Force Sergeant. He lives with his wonderful
wife and beautiful six year old daughter. He acts as the Guardian of four
people at different nursing homes, and sings in his church choir.
MICHAEL GOGGIN (Illinois)
Michael Goggin graduated from Loyola University Law School in 2001, and also
received a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola in 2002.
He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin in 1996,
with a BA in economics. His practice includes criminal law, real estate,
traffic ticket defense and corporate law. He has also had experience in the
futures market, as a trader on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
TIMOTHY M. LODGE (Connecticut)
Timothy M. Lodge is a 1998 graduate of Quinnipiac College School of Law in
Hamden, Connecticut and Central Connecticut State University in New Britain
where he served as president of the student body. His practice focuses on
Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Civil Litigation.
PAUL MANNING (Massachusetts and Rhode Island)
Paul Manning graduated from the New England School of Law in 2004. A former
Peace Corps Volunteer in Namibia, and was on the Tufts University football team
during his undergraduate days. He is one of the rare attorneys who have
received a World Series ring – as a result of his employment with the Boston
Red Sox following the 2004 season.
DANTE MARSHALL (Georgia)
A 2003 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law, Dante Marshall is
the visionary and founding partner of his own successful, Atlanta based law
firm. His current practice areas include Entertainment Law, Corporate Law,
Criminal Law and Family Law. He has earned and established credibility among
music executives, artists and professionals in the business of entertainment
and corporate litigation. He also continues to lend his support to the
community by actively sponsoring community based initiatives, providing free
legal seminars, and committing to speaking engagements whenever called upon.
BILL McCARTHY (Michigan)
Bill McCarthy graduated from the University of Detroit Law School, and was
admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1991. He has had his own law practice since
1994, which includes bankruptcy, personal injury, criminal defense, contract
disputes, probate, and products liability. He enjoys litigation, and is happy
doing anything which involves going to court on a client’s behalf.
LARS PETERSON (Hawaii, Germany)
Lars Peterson finalized his German law degree in 2000 and is eligible to
practice there. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law
in 2005. He received the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence,
2005, and is a guest columnist for Findlaw Writ
(http://writ.news.findlaw.com/student/20040519_peterson.html). He was an
Associate Member of the Immigration and Nationality Law Review in 2003-2004. He
currently works for the Office of the Public Defender and his private practice
includes general and complex litigation, bankruptcy, real estate, family law
and criminal defense.
JESSE VALDEZ (Washington State)
Jesse Valdez received his J.D. from Seattle University of Law School in 2004,
and his LL.M. in taxation in 2006 from the University of Washington. He is a
member of the Latina/o Bar Association of Washington (“LBAW”), a Liaison for
LBAW to the Hispanic National Bar Association (“HNBA”), a member of the East
King County Estate Planning Council, and has represented over 60 clients in
bankruptcy proceedings.
